Jake decided to jump from kitchen chair to kitchen chair and ended up in the er with 3 staples to the head. The tractors he got for being such a good sport.
when you feel so bad when one of your babies goes to the hospital and it makes you feel so sad to see him in the situation that you promise him any toy he wants. Well, all he wanted was a certain lego and we went to 4 different stores to find it and had no luck so at the last store we went to he found one that he loved, so we bought it but it was so late when we got home that I had him go to bed. I feel so bad that I want to go wake him up and let him build it but oh well it will give him something to do tomorrow.
So Zach has been having stomach problems for a couple of years and finally we are going in for a scope of his stomach. Poor kid is only worried about getting the shot to put him asleep and as for Mike and I, we are worried until the whole thing is over. I really hate putting my kids under anesthesia. But Zach is also excited because the doctor told him he could take his pictures of the inside of his stomach for show and tell. What kid wouldn't want to show everyone the inside of their stomach.

Well Zach had his scope done this morning at the new hospital in Salt Lake. He had a really good experience other than it took 2 times to get the IV in. The doctor said everything looks great. We will now in about 5-7 days what the tests really show.

Duodenitis: is basically inflammation and irritation of the wall of the first part of the small intestine.
Duodenitis: is a diagnosis made by endoscopy, in which a camera is inserted into the stomach and first part of the intestine. It can cause abdominal pain or bleeding from the intestine. It is similar to ulcers but less severe. Treatment is similar to ulcers.
Treatment is medicine that he will take to cure the proble. 70% chance he will never get it again.
So I thought I had all the bedrooms all figured out when we moved into our new home but boy was I wrong. First Nathan and Zach started off in one of the bedrooms in the basement and then I decided to move them into another room and made that one an office. Well then we kicked Jake out of his room because Nathan decided that he wanted his own room so Jake then went in with Zach. Well just the other day I decided to finally put Aliyah and Brycelynn together and then I brought Zach and Jake upstairs, so 4 kids upstairs now and Nathan down all by himself (which he likes). Whoever thought sharing a room when you don't have too, but boy was I wrong, the 5 of them love the new arrangement. So we'll see how long it lasts. One good thing about the room change is now we have 1 kid in our bed instead of 2 to 3.
